On Ebay, we offer things that
we believe in or use ourselves.
Many of the items are IT, Video
or Photography items. Almost all of them are things we use in the design
and consulting business. We use a lot of gear and are constantly
upgrading, switching out and doing maintenance. We also buy things
to test/evaluate or train collaborators or contractors with. Projects
over, say bye bye. Many times we buy spares, extras then change
technology - well there's a few things we no longer have a use for.
Sometimes we buy a wholesale lot of open-box items that has a good
percentage of things that 'might' work for us. We have to test them
anyway, and there's usually some things we just will never use, or we
have 'plenty of', So there's a few more to find homes for.
We also have lots of books.
Many are instructional, technical, art or design-oriented.
Sometimes we get more than one so a collaborator has one as well.
And there's always periphery -
the 'stuff' department you can't really categorize. |

If you
are bidding on an item, rest assured, What we shoot is what you get. We
don't use stock photos, no need, LOL. We DON'T retouch scratches, nicks
or dings. We DO take really good care of our 'work gear', so you
shouldn't be surprised it looks good.
In the
case of 'lots' that we have purchased, if we have 5 identical items an
all are in 'mint' condition, we aren't going to shoot 10 times. But if
an item is substantially different or has damage, we will add pics that
document the differences. |

Shipping and Handling |

| We pack items
carefully, and ship them as soon as practicable. Everything has
been pre-packed, but not sealed. Normally we will ship the item
within one or two business days of receiving payment. We will notify you
how and when shipment is made We can only ship M-F when our office
building is open. If you want any other shipping arrangement that is
NOT listed in an auction, please message or e-mail us BEFORE bidding.

| Shipping Charges.
When we prepack and weigh items, we estimate the shipping and select the
right packing materials. The amount we charge is a fair & representative
amount, we don't gouge. Most Items will ship USPS Priority Mail or First
Class Mail. We reserve the right to ship by Alternative carriers, such
as FEDEX, DHL, or UPS. |
| Combined Shipping: We offer
combined shipping, even with Buy-It-Nows -
You Must contact us before you purchase, or include the words Combined
Shipping in the 'Special Instructions' when you are completing the
purchase. |
