:but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
In our home, that small passage "Joshua 24:15" say's it all !
We are a large extended family:-) My wife and I have been mightily blessed with 7 kids, (five boys and two girls, all now adults), and precious grandchildren.
Sometimes it feels as if it were just yesterday that I was walking the floor with our youngest (22) in my arms thinking, "I wonder who he will be, Lord, let me get old enough to see him and all our children get their feet on the ground and a good start in life".
This our Master has done, I am humbled and thankful beyond words, one thing always stays the same, His Love of all, His Grace beyond measure, "His forgiveness of our sins yet we but ask". The more this world changes, He stays the same.
We are grateful for your stopping by.
All The Glory to Our Lord and Master, Peace be Unto You and yours.
"Be ye"of this world", not "in this world".
It seems appropriate at this time to quote this verse:
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Matthew 18:19-20
Amen
