We have been selling here on eBay for over six years now and look forward to continuing to bring you new and exciting items to complete your collections. We specialise in ceramics and glass items, mainly from the 20th century, with a few interesting pieces from the late Victorian era. You will find lots of famous names such as

We are a limited company, registered in England and we are VAT registered. As we sell mainly second hand goods, you will not be charged VAT, unless we tell you otherwise on the listing page. Unfortunately, if you are in the UK or a EU country, please note that your postage price does include VAT, which sadly we can't avoid.

We do not usually issue an invoice with your package, as most of our customers don't need one, but if you would like to have a VAT invoice emailed to you, please let us know and we will send one to you.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

During the Auction:

This item is described as carefully as possible but we are not experts in any particular field of collectables.  We would ask you to note that whilst we try to mention any damage in the auction listing,  unless stated to the contrary you are bidding on a second hand item which may well have some marks commensurate with use and age. We put plenty of large pictures on each listing, you can click on the central picture to supersize it and check fine details.  These pictures form part of the description, so do please look at them carefully.  

If anything is unclear please email before bidding, as all sales are binding, and if you bid, we expect you to pay for your item. We are happy to take extra photographs and to answer any questions you may have before the end of the auction.

If you are bidding on another item that will finish later, please let us know, we will always combine postage if you are lucky and win that one too (allowing for the size and weight of the overall package).  Sometimes, it is cheaper to send multiple items separately than to combine them, in which case we will let you know.

After the Auction:

After the auction we will send you an email with postage, payment and address details. . Note :   If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours of the end of the auction, please email us to let us know. Some email providers are very efficient at filtering Spam and don't believe you should see anything from eBay!

Returns:  

 If the item is received damaged in the post, please retain the item and all packaging and advise us immediately for instructions on claims to the Royal Mail. (We will make the claim, but there will be certain things we may need you to do to help ensure the claim goes through properly.) 

If you do not feel that the item matches the description, please email for postal instructions, before returning the goods for a full refund, including your return postage.

In addition, if you decide within 14 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep the item , please email us, and return the item in its original condition at your own cost and risk.  We will refund your full bid price , however in this case, postal costs cannot be refunded.

Customs Policy:

Please note that all customs duties and clearances are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask for values to be falsified for Customs, or for an item to be marked as a gift as this is against our company policy.

United Kingdom payments: Personal cheques (UK only - will be cleared before sending goods approx. 7 days) .  Bank Transfer via internet - goods sent when payment appears in the account.  Payment made by Paypal, Credit or Debit Cards through Paypal (No Paypal Account Required), Postal order. Bankers Draft or Building Society Cheque - goods can be sent immediately .

Please note that if you wish to collect in person, this is by prior arrangement only, and we will ask for cash settlement in this case.

Non UK Payments : ONLY PAYPAL CAN BE ACCEPTED.

WE HAVE A FULL BUSINESS PAYPAL ACCOUNT, SO MAJOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS CAN ALSO BE ACCEPTED THROUGH PAYPAL , NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY FOREIGN CURRENCIES OR NON-UK CHEQUES.

Postage prices:

We try to quote the most economical method of postage, allowing for the value of the item, and the weight of the package.

Do please remember to let us know if you are bidding on other items, we will always wait and combine your items to save postage (allowing for the weight and size of the overall parcel). Sometimes it is more practical or economical to send combined items individually, and we will let you know if this is the case.

• Please note that for standard or recorded UK post and standard (including standard rate signed for) airmail , the Royal Mail will only cover loss or damage up to £36 including cost of postage.
• If the winning price, or the value of combined items plus postage , exceeds £36, then postage will be upgraded to Special Delivery or fully insured Signed For Airmail, and the postage price will be adjusted accordingly. 
• On very fragile items postage will  only be quoted at  Special Delivery and Signed For Airmail rates.
