I'm an animal rescuer and animal advocate in rural KY. I'm also a body piercer that owns and operates a small tattoo studio. My business supports my rescue efforts. I do not eat meat or wear fur or leather. I do not use the word "pet" as it infers an inanimate object. Animals are sentient and deserving of love. I don't just talk the talk, I truly walk the walk!

I will help any animal but do mostly beagle and coonhound rescue. Guess I have a thing for that "hound song". Plus the ears are fantastic! Coonhounds and beagles are pure love!

Please spay and neuter your animals. 11 million animals are put to death in shelters and pounds each year in the US. This is a crime and cold be avioded if everyone would simply spay and neuter! For what you spend on a weekends fun, you could spay or neuter your animal. Spaying and neutering is the right thing to do! That weekends fun will be long forgotten while a spay or neuter saves lives!

If you are considering adding an animal to your family, please go to petfinders and find a needy animal in your area. Don't buy from breeders. Adopt instead of shop! And remember...no animal should EVER spend it's life on the end of a chain! Chained dogs are at the mercy of any passing animal. They can be attacked by other animals or even  tormented by humans.
