I hope you like the pictures I've posted. These pictures were taken about a mile from home by my youngest son, Jesse. He's taken an interest in photography and is doing an excellent job. I will change them occasionally so I hope you will check back often to see any new ones I've posted.

The name "Thrifty Cricket" is in memory of my best girlfriend my mother. If anyone could spot a bargain from accross a crowded sales floor she could! All that I know about business I was taught first hand by both my parents. After having over 25 years of business school by owning and operating a 17,000 sq.ft. grocery store, my neices & nephew would tell everyone we had graduated from "The University" where my father was referred to as the "Dean of the school". Of course that was all in fun, but everyday I use lessons in my business I learned at the "school." But often some old habits are hard to change. Even after leaving the grocery business for a few years, the yearning of business wouldn't leave. This is one of many reasons I introduced myself to the eBay world. Just like my Dad would "welcome" and say "hello" to everyone that came through the doors of the grocery, I still have a few people within eBay to tell "hello", so let me say to you,
