I have been an Amateur Radio operator for 40+ years. Now I have retired from the "Real Job" and can get on with doing what I really want to do!! Play with my radios! I operate in DX contests and chase DX countries on the 160 meter ham band. 160 is just above the AM broadcast band and you know what that is like!! Imagine a 2 way contact with another "Ham" in Mongolia or Australia. My current country count on 160 meters is 289.
