PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

I only accept payments from US bidders with confirmed and verified Pay Pal accounts. Buyers without a Pay Pal account will be blocked from bidding. Buyers with uncomfirmed and/or unverified Pay Pal accounts will have their payments declined. I never accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks or cash via mail. Cash is only acceptable for local pick up items.
Payment is expected within 3 business days.
Most items are shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate. Insurance is optional and suggested. I ship within 5 days of payment. Large or fragile items are packed, insured and shipped UPS.
Once items have shipped, I am not responsible for loss or damage. Claims for lost or damaged items should be filed by the buyer with the appropriate carrier. Guidelines and forms are easlily found on USPS.com and UPS.com.
All sales are considered final. Refunds will only be considered if item is drastically different than described according to eBay “Items Not Received or Not as Described” policy. You must contact me by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of item, refunds will not be considered after this time.
