Hello ! My name is Marlene and I have been selling on eBay since 1998. I am a stay at home Mom of 3 all born in the 90's.

Two of my children have special needs. Therefore I am home to constantly run them to and from doctors appointments, school meetings, and more.

Being a one income household can be very challenging. I sell on ebay to make some income to help out with the household grocery, clothing expenses and more. What I make on ebay is my only income. It is separate from the households income. Though not much, it comes in handy at times.

My terms of sale:

All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented - I do not refund for buyer remorse.

Payments are due within 5 days from close of auction. Money orders are accepted, just ask. Failure to pay within this time frame, will result in an NPB filed on the 8th day in which I do not hear from the buyer.

I appreciate your contacting me using buyer checkout on the auction page if you wish to pay via money order, this way I know to expect your payment within 5 days from end of auction.

I DO not accept cash in the mail, if you send it its at your own risk. Some recently have paid this way.

I am not responsible for items that are lost in the mail. If you are concerned about this please pay for insurance on your package. I always include tracking numbers on packages to cover things on my end. We know the USPS isn't perfect.

I charge close to exact shipping as possible with a small handling charge. This charge covers my ink, supplies, tape, paper, labels, etc.

I ship 2-3x a week, your package will go out within 24-48 hours. I do not ship on weekends unless you request a Saturday ship out. Weekends are family time and I am not always online.

I won't lie in my descriptions as I am honest, I won't tell you something is in EUC when its faded and has a hole or a button missing. Yes, I have been tricked buy a few sellers in the past (undisclosed stains). I am honest in my descriptions but human and my eyes aren't so young, but I DO my best and closely inspect my items before selling.

The items I sell are clean and from a smoke free, but not pet free. We have cats and dogs and though they are out of my office area, we know fur tends to fly, lol.

My items are from a clean home - I take pride in what I sell.
