Hello:

I am a retired nurse who suffered for years with Candida which I believe was caused by the mercury (silver) fillings in my mouth. After using lots of natural products and learning what works, and what does not work, I have a desire to teach others how to become healthy. I have a three-step plan that helps most people. This does not take the place of your medical doctor but gives you ways to improve your health. 

 

Take the time to look at the two pictures of me. First shows how sick and underweight I was. The second picture is of me after my health improved.
