I am now living in Arizona after 15 years in American Samoa!
This is where I lived - a village called "Alao"
Our house was back aways at the edge of a tropical rain forest.

After a fire in Apia, Samoa destroyed the Post Office's supply of stamps,
remaining one shilling stamps were bisected for use on mail.
