Hello and thanks for stopping by. My name is Kevin, and I am the owner of "Collection Outlet", which is a real registered business within the Los Angeles County. I sell and buy various items on Ebay.  I'm pretty new at the selling aspect of Ebay and I hope to improve my product lines soon.

 If anyone has any problem purchasing an item from me, or has any questions about any issue, please contact me so that we can work together to resolve it. I believe in open and honest communication when it comes to business practices.

My interests are music, history, politics, and "the net". I'm a musician in my spare time and have written and produced as a hobby for over 10 years. I read many books on history (ancient and contemporary) and am obsessed with political discussion and music.

I like buying old music antiques and shirts, Asian art and designs, instruments, jewelry and gemstones.  

 

 

SHIPPING:

Please read ALL of the shipping information before buying an item. Sometimes I will offer International shipping, sometimes I won't, it depends on the item. I accept Paypal only. All shipments within the U.S will be shipped UPS  or USPS. PLEASE VIEW/ CHECK ALL SHIPPING OPTIONS and COSTS that I offer when calculating TOTAL, they are subject to change with item. Sometimes I will also offer just a flat fee within the U.S., and ship with whatever company is convenient. Please check.

PAYMENT:

All payments will be done with Paypal. You must have a Paypal account to buy from me. Paypal is a safe and easy process that works great for Ebay. If you don't have an account, check with www.paypal.com or in Ebay services/help to find out how to obtain one. Personal Checks and Money Orders may be an option in the future for me.

RETURNS AND INSURANCE:

 There is a 7 day return policy on most items, requiring the buyer to pay shipping costs and make a claim within 7 days of receipt of item. Any item must be returned in it's ORIGINAL state, undamaged and unaltered.  If you choose shipping option that does NOT offer insurance, it is up to you decide if you want to purchase some. I am not responsible for stolen, damages equipment on non-insured transactions.

ETHICS:

I will always try to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions, I think you will find this is the case. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding a sale. I offer returns on most items, in which you have 7 days from the point of delivery to make a claim for refund, shipping and handling paid by you. I believe in honesty and communication on Ebay and will never KNOWINGLY lie, conceal, deceive, distort, or mislead about any product. If you find that you didn't get what you expected, you can return it(granted you pay the shipping and handling costs). If have any  questions or problems with any item..post or pre-bid..please let me know.
