Today I find myself wishing I had not deleted my old about me page and I must begin from scratch so to speak...but the old page was just so out dated. I began selling in earnest a little over a year ago, shortly after my father passed away. I found selling on ebay a relative easy way to sell some old jewelry and a few antiques that my father would never part with after my mother passed away in 2003.

Selling these items has enabled my own family to keep our home and pay some towards the mortgage and utilities. Every penny I have made in this venture has gone into our home. I think or rather I hope my father would be proud at my resourcefulness. Most of the items have been in the family for generations and I do find it difficult sometimes to part with them thinking I am trading in a bit of history for heating oil.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket These days I am getting into selling some of my own work. That is I love photography and my small inheritance from my father has gone into buying a nice SLR Digital Nikon Camera which I absolutely love.

I take photographs all over the State of Maine where I live. From the Coast to the mountains when the opportunity arises I find the lens pointed at something. I have begun to sell some of my photographs in the ACEO trading card form. That is standard 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches. Ebay is a great forum for these and I enjoy doing it.
