MY GARDEN IS BLOOMING!

I cannot believe it has been over 2 years that I have been selling on Ebay. I am finally updating my page. I have had the best time and have met so many delightful people. I started selling anti-aging serums, creams, lotions and potions. Because of all the advance science in skin care we are able to offer customers the best ingredients in the world. I have been selling Isomers, Dr. Denese, Philosophy, Borba, Ojon & starting this year Proactiv (r). It is something I am passionate about so I enjoy selling in the Health & Beauty category. Though I have not limited myself to that I have the occasional glassware or what not listed. I have had the pleasure of dealing with so many nice customers. It gives's you such a nice feeling when you know that your customer is extremely happy and that you were able to make that happen. It is so satisfying. So I am always looking for the best possible deals so that I can pass on- splitting kits etc. My beauty products are New I wouldn't buy goods at a close-out shop that may be old just for the sake of a sale. Because what I sell, serums and creams have to be Fresh and my reputation is important to the buyer.

So I am going to keep offering my customer's the best possible item's! When I say I luv what I do it's the truth. eBay keep's me just busy enough that it is not too much. So I am able to go the extra mile. I have laughed and I have even shed a tear or two. I have met some of the nicest people in this Country & Canada. Yikes! Now I understand better why my Mother enjoyed her H.A.M. radio. Well it is a New Year and I am looking forward to the coming year and expanding. Last year I started shipping to Canada and have a nice customer base. So that was a good decision. Though I still get request to ship worldwide I have not made the leap and will keep things the way they are. OKAY STOP BACK-UP. IT IS ONLY MAY 2008 & GUESS WHAT I AM SHIPPING TO THE U.K. I GUESS I HAVE A BETTER THING GOING ON THAN I THOUGHT. IT IS NOT AS DIFFICULT AS I IMAGINED. SO WE ARE STILL ON A TRIAL BASIS. THUS FAR I HAVE MET, HELPED AND SHIPPED ABROAD. SO HOW'S THAT ! SO MY LITLE SHOP HAS HAD THE REQUEST. YIKES! I have also met some nice sellers! To have them as friends Priceless!! I have been asked what is the secret? New sellers asking for advice I always tell them Tried & True Honesty is always the best Policy! Oh and I have to eat my words about being a Power Seller I said ' that will never happen' well it did. It just so happens there is a lot more involved in being a power seller than the hard sell. You have to maintain a good relationship with the eBay community sellers, buyers & eBay. Good feedback, living up to the Power Seller standards. I about fell out of my seat little ole' me. No! Well Yes and I couldn't have done it without you my customers! You know who you are, my repeat customers Thank You from the bottom of my Heart and New Customers to come Have fun enjoy the experience.

Ebay is not going away they keep getting bigger & better every year! So I Hope you all have a Safe and Happy Year! I want to Thank each and everyone of you for making my Ebay experience such a positive venture.

Also I did want to put my 2 cents in about feedback. Anyone who has ever dealt with me knows that feedback tried and true I give positive feedback. The only time I have ever had to give negative feedback has been to a customer with 0 fb's never paid went thru the filing on Non Payer still never answered and I received my fees back from eBay. I have and never would use it as a tool. So in the event if you ever have to give negative feedback really think it through Every seller I have ever spoken to about this has said ' they cried when they received their first negative feedback' that would be me blubbering away. Honest hard working dedicated sellers that's me & I know a whole bunch of others. There is always a bad apple and I know Ebay is working diligently to weed these folks out. so in the meantime if you ever experience a problem contact me Kim you know from kimms-shop. Smile.

    Oh and before I forget. I received a certificate of Appreciation from the United Spinal Association. It was sweet. As I mentioned before I donate too them and also starting this year the Convenant House they help runaway children or lost or displaced children (Yes, in the USA) . They help with shelter and or maybe getting runaways back in contact with a family member.  So it is rewarding  knowing I can do something. Kim
