If due to unforeseen circumstances we are low on stock your order may be delayed. If you cannot find what your looking for please let us know, we may have it. Our liability is limited to the purchase price. In no event shall we be liable for the crop, or for any loss due to its failure or quality or varietal difference, regardless of the cause. If materials sold are not as described, the customer shall have the right to recover the purchase price from the seller and no other remedy. Unfortunately many of our products including all plants are highly perishable and without proper care, they will die. We pack each order in such a way to make sure that your plants arrive alive, but once they are delivered by our courier they are your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for death, disease, or other problems. Shipping is a highly stressful time for the plants and while we do everything in our power to make sure they are healthy and happy, plants may die after the trip.
