We guarantee our products to be as stated in the auction.
If there is a mistake or typo in the auction, please let us know. If the
product arrives DOA - we'll replace it (see return policy
below).

. Be sure to include the item number(s), auction title and any other pertinent information (E.G.
your mailing address, etc). All emails are answered usually
within 24 hours. If you don't hear from us you can
try contacting us through Ebay's "Ask this seller a question"
link near the top of the page. However do NOT check the box "hide your
email address" or you won't get a response (Questions are often
answered from computers that do not have direct access to Ebay). Also,
make sure your registered Ebay email address is valid. You might also check your
spam/junk filter (Yahoo and AOL/Hotmail users especially).
All items are well protected and usually
shipped same day. Payment must be received within 10 days of
the auction's end or it
will be re-listed. Payments accepted are:
Paypal,
Bidpay, Money
Order/Cashier's Check, Cash, or Personal Check (we hold 7-10 days until it clears).
US currency only. After the
auction complete Ebay's checkout and choose your payment
method. Customers with orders over $100/month & paying with Paypal must
use a confirmed shipping address.
It will then give you the necessary payment information. You
will also receive an automatic invoice that will give all the necessary payment
information. Please include your mailing address, email address and
auction number WITH your payment.
All order usually ship out within one business day (excluding
holidays). Any delays from that policy will be posted here:
We will be closing July 3 at 5pm and open Monday July 7 at 9am. Any
order & email received during that time will be processed Monday July 7.

The default shipping charges in our auctions is the most
economical method available to our customers. Unfortunately this is
usually the slowest. Faster options are available. Email us
with the auction number and your mailing address for a quote. Smaller items usually ship via First Class mail or Priority
Mail. Larger items (over 1lb.) ship Parcel Post or UPS Ground.
Software and books ship via Media Mail . Media mail can take 1-2 weeks to
arrive in the lower 48 states. HI, AK, PR, VI & APOs can take up to a month
and are encouraged to upgrade
to faster shipping methods.
Knight Discounts is not responsible for lost damaged mail &
once an item ships its completely out of our control. The customers assumes all responsibility for lost, misdirected
and/or damaged mail unless
he/she pays for shipping insurance. If a package is returned for ANY
reason the customer is responsible for the return postage and forwarding
postage.
Effective May 14, 2007: The US Postal Service (USPS) is making
several changes to international shipping including their usual rate increase.
Many of our older listings may have the use the old terminology and may list
Surface Mail even though its no longer available. The rates posted
for Global Priority are not accurate. Please
email us with the item number(s)
and your country for accurate S&H quote.
Surface Mail (Economy) is no
longer available.
Airmail is now called "First Class International"
- the rates for this will stay the same except there is a 4lb limit - any orders
over 4lb will have to ship Priority or Express.
Global Priority is now called "Priority Mail International" - the
rates for this has increased significantly and will take some time before we can
update all our listings.
Global Express in
now called "Express International".
In most cases the international S&H rates are posted in the auction. International customers can manually adjust
their total at
checkout to reflect their choice or email us with the item number,
your country and shipping method and we'll send you a new invoice.
If you don't know the S&H rate to your country, email us with the auction
number and your country and we'll email you your options. US funds only. No international personal checks. No
bank transfers. Be sure to include your address exactly how it should appear on the package and
any special customs requirements (by default we mark all items as "gift").
We are not responsible for an duties/taxes you may incur from your country.
For orders over $100 & paying with Paypal must use a confirmed
shipping address and ship via Global Express (the only international shipping
method that offers tracking). Please note: Paypal can only confirm
shipping addresses to a few countries (Canada, UK, etc). If you
cannot provide a Paypal confirmed shipping address and/or want it shipped other
than Global Express you must pay with a money order.
Please note the shipping times posted in the auctions are only
estimates. These estimates usually get even longer around the holidays.
Once an item ships there is nothing we can do to speed it up. Only Express
International (Global
Express) offers international tracking/insurance - any other method is at your
own risk. We ship internationally 20-50
times/day. Here are a few things we've learned:
Italy/Greece & Brazil are almost always slower than the posted
delivery time estimates.
Many countries will open the package (we're assuming for
security reasons). Germany will often times open the retail packing
inside too.
The map above is not entirely accurate. The
counts are based on the buyer's registered address on Ebay. Please
understand that many international buyers register their Ebay accounts using
a US based address even though we ship internationally. Also, we've already
been in business for over 6 years on Ebay before the map actually started
counting transactions. We just thought it was a neat idea :).
We offer discounted S&H rates on additional Ebay purchases for both US
and international customers. Please email us after you're done
winning with all the auction numbers and your mailing address and
we'll calculate the discounted rates then send you a new invoice. Email us at:

In order to receive discounted S&H rates on
additional items, all items must be paid for with ONE payment &
ship in one package. Discounts vary. US customers
standard S&H rates are calculated by starting with the most
expensive rate and taking 50% off the rates on each additional item.
Please note only software & books can be shipped via Media Mail -
combining software & books with something else may not result in
reduced S&H rates. We charge a nominal handling fee
(usually about $1-3)
for each auction to cover other costs involved in completing the
sale (I.E. packaging, Ebay fees, payment processing fees, postage
meter fees, etc.). To sell something on Ebay for $.01 can cost
over $1.21 in transaction fees. All S&H fees are clearly
listed in all auctions - if you don't agree, don't bid.
Please understand that Knight Discount's prices are much lower
than you will find at most retail stores. To stay competitive on Ebay we
have to keep our prices as low as possible. With that in mind, all Ebay
sales should be considered final. We do not accept returns unless the product you
received is DOA at the time of delivery. If this happens, we must be notified
within 7 days of the delivery date.
Absolutely no returns on opened software unless its
defective - in which case we can only replace it with the same title which
will be tested before shipping. CD keys will not be replaced.
S&H charges are non-refundable.
DOA/Defective products are allowed for return for replacement.
All returns must be in original factory cartons with all
original packing materials including materials such as manuals, accessories
and cables (unless specified otherwise).
Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days (1
week) from the
date of the RMA letter or the return will be refused and returned at the
customer's expense.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges
on defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects because
we do not manufacture any of the products we carry. However, Knight
Discounts will split the shipping costs with you. If you pay to send the
item back to we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no
charge. This is analogous to paying for gas
to drive a product back to a store where you bought it to return it.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty (if
applicable).
Please note that not all items are covered by this return policy. Some
manufacturers require that their items be handled directly by them
(especially software).
Check with your products documentation and/or manufacturer's web site for details.
All Ebay & Half.com feedback is automatically reciprocated.
Once you receive your item(s), feel free to leave us positive feedback and it
will be returned automatically. Ebay usually does it within minutes but
sometimes it takes an hour or two. We realize that it only takes a minute
to leave a feedback comment manually but we have over 1000s of auctions a week.
The majority of our negative feedbacks are from new Ebay members don't realize leaving feedback is permanent or use
it as a way to try an communicate with us. It is Ebay's posted policy to
contact the seller before leaving neutral/negative feedback. Leaving us
negative/neutral feedback without contacting us first negates any chance of

We will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong product(s)
- all
refusals will be credited minus the S&H charges & applicable fees.
If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you
sign for and keep the package, please make sure you note the damage when
you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event
that the actual product you ordered was also damaged. We are not responsible
for products lost or damaged during shipment.
We're strictly mail order. We can no longer accept local
pickups since we don't have a local store front and our lease agreement
doesn't allow it.
YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the
winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to
purchase the item from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding.
