Knud's Stamp page.

A Danes confession.

 I am from Denmark, living in a town on the mainland called Jylland or Jutland as you foreigners calls it. I am 59 years old and have collected stamps, more or less, most of my life. I am a retired skilled engine-fitter.

Like many of the Danes, I do collect Danish stamps but like a few I collect Danish Postal wrappers too. Of these Postal wrapper I have an extended exhibit collection. Besides this, I also have an extended collection of postal history of Sudetenland 1938-45. Because it not all shall end up in postal history I collect stamps (and covers) from Iceland, Greenland and Latvia.
For short time ago I started (at left hand) to collect covers from the inflation period of Greece 1943-54.
As a user of Ebay's stamp board, I have got more and more interested in US stamps (used, up to 1930) and from donations from other users (thank you!), I now have started my new collecting interest.
I sometimes (when asked) give a lecture in local stampclubs about my wrappers or postal history of Sudetenland.

I am looking for Danish Postal stationary sent abroad - as far away from Denmark as possible. Also better uprated, registered and censored Danish Postal wrappers are welcome!
