Emails and shipping:
All emails are returned usually with in 12 hours Monday - Friday and a lot of times it's VERY fast during regular business hours. Shipments are sent out 2 times weekly so all products USUALLY ship quick. Many items ship same or next day but I don't like to promise the world cause everyone knows life gets busy :-) I'm travelling more frequently, so if you can't handle possibly waiting for your product please look elsewhere. I want to service anyone and everyone, but don't want a poor rating due to late shipments when at times I'm called at 6pm and told Im to be in Toronto by noon the next day. I have to drop everything, my real job must come first. I will always take care of my buyers, nobody is ever left without!
If in the even your item isn't shipped same or next day or even takes me a week please remember, life likes to throw us curveballs every now and again, I do it the right way the best way I know how.
