Warranty Information
- All our
merchandise has been tested and guaranteed against being DOA
(Dead On Arrival)
- Return policy:
if buyer wishes to return item purchased by mistake it must
be returned to LaptopAid within the allotted time of 5
business days from the date they received an approval on
return - 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
- Properly completed RMA FORM is a must for all returns. If item is returned after the requested or allotted time
item will not be accepted and returned to buyer. Please stay
within our parameters as there will be no exceptions.
- Refunds will be
granted once item has been returned in its original
condition. If there is tampering or mishandling of the item
caused by the buyer it will be assumed by the buyer.
- Winning bidder
assumes shipping, handling, and insurance charges. (shipping
is non-refundable in any return situation).
