Media such as DVD, CD, VHS movies and video games are >font color="red">NON_RETURNABLE!
Insurance is REQUIRED on ALL purchases from L C Bennett. If your items is damaged during shipment, an insurance claim will be filed. You will be required to cooperate with the process of filing a claim, including but not limited to, allowing access to the damaged item and packaging.
Returns are accepted for DOA items only. You must contact me for an RMA number and instructions prior to returning an item. All returns MUST contain all original items sent to you. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Returned items found to be in good working order are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
