How can I pay for my item?
I accept a number of payment methods.
1. Paypal
I just accept payment for amounts not exceeding $80 if you haven't provided the
confirmed address or you are not verified Paypal member.
2. Bidpay
Extra US $2 will be charged for bank service fee.
3. International Money Order
Extra US $2 will be charged for bank service fee.
4. Cash via registered mail
Please note that I cannot be responsible for lost of cash when payment is sent
via registered mail.
I will process the shipping within 2 days after receipt of payment. If you have
difficulty in making a payment despite the above options, please feel free to
email me.
What are your available shipping options?
In general all items will be shipped by registered air-mail with tracking
number. Usually, it will take 7~12 for delivery. If you prefer other shipping
method ( eg. EMS ), please feel free to e-mail me. All item will be sent out
from Hong Kong.
How about insurance coverage?
Insurance cost is a responsibility of buyer otherwise we will not be responsible
for item lost.
Can I combine the S & H fee if I win multiple auction?
Certainly, the total S & H fee would be lower if combining shipping. But it
will depend on different item. Free free to e-mail me for detail.
I haven't received my items beyond the estimated delivery period. What
can I do?
Please e-mail me immediately. I will try
my best to follow up as soon as possible.
If I
am not satisfied with my item after receiving it, can I refund or replace the
item?
All S & H fee is non-fundable. Replacement of item or refund are provided
only if I make a significant error in describing the item, incorrect item is
received or the item is damaged during delivery. Otherwise, all sales are final.
