Howdy...
After a year on EBAY I finally got screwed.

I can't leave feedback about this particular 'seller' because he/she/them have been suspended by EBAY.

The User Name at the time was: magicattic

The Email add: spins@mindspring.com.

Upon completion of the auction, I recevied the standard notification from EBAY, which was followed by an email by the seller. Very strict rules, Postal Money Order only, etc...

Per the instructions, the money order was to be made payable to:

Eclectic Music
PO BOX 4042
DANVILLE VA 24540

It was mailed from the Post Office on 11-24-99. After a couple of days I sent a follow up email to see if the payment was received. No response. After 10 days I sent another. No response. It's now been 15 days and there has been no response to a third email that was sent on 12-8-99.

I should have suspected something was up, but after nothing but positives experiences with everyone I've ever dealt with on EBAY, perhaps I let my guard down. Watch out for this one...I'd be very cautious with dealing with anyone who wants to you to mail nothing but money orders to a PO BOX in Danville VA.
