Big Purple Sky

Hi!

I am primarily a self taught artist. Watercolor is my medium of choice.

I live in Oregon and long to visit as many places in the US as possible. Have bunches of east coast states under my belt...having lived back east over 40 years. I feel the need to explore western states to experience the differences and similarities. It's not a good day unless I can spend some time painting. So many ideas and so little time...

April Showers

I've been painting for the past 10 years and drawing forever. I also love photography and use my camera to capture ideas for my paintings. Recently I returned to small format work. I started with an interest in dollhouse miniatures that expanded to pieces just a little bit larger. Space is at a premium and little things frame up to a size that gives me more space to hang and display.

I am "hooked" on Art Card Editions and Originals (ACEOs) I really enjoy creating and collecting them.Store them in albums, frame them or pop them on little easels, wonderful little bits of art at an affordable price.

I have received awards for both my watercolors and photos.
