I am a design consultant for Bassett Furniture Direct & I enjoy being able to help people make their home or office spaces their own. I am selling items on eBay to raise money to renovate my 1940's home in North Knoxville and to be able to furnish my home with the beautiful items I help others furnish theirs with.
I will always do my best to assist you with your purchases as I believe that customer service is the one thing our society has lost site of over the years.
The items you purchase from me will always be decribed to the best of my abilities. However, if anything is damaged, lost, stolen, or otherwise played office room soccer with by anyone other than myself then I can not be held liable. Meaning if the USPS can't get it to you in one piece then there is something wrong!
Sometimes I may list handmade items. As with most items that are made by anything other than a machine these items may have imperfections, belmishes, etc... I will try to add any such descriptions into the acution for such items.
I DO NOT live in a pet or smoke free home.
