As an artist, I regard colors and brush strokes as my form of language. I use them to communicate with my viewers. The dialog between the viewers and me enhances the inner strength of my art pieces. The basic building block of my works is concrete artistic concepts blended with my personal mark making.
I have strong passion for the impressionist and post impressionist sense of colors. The endless possibility of color combination flows well with the spontaneous emotional response of me as an artist. Chinese landscape painting design composition extended my design needs and serves as fruitful ground for new ideas.
Interaction between artists and viewers is the best channel for an artist to move towards another level of art execution, therefore I welcome any form of discussions. Feel free to email me any time ngwoonlam@yahoo.com
