Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Absolutely! Our policy is: Heaviest item is full price and each additional item for US & Canada are ONLY 1.00 each, and International is ONLY $1.75 per additional item. Please wait for an invoice to ensure you receive the proper shipping amount.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We ship within 1-2 days of receiving proper payment. We know that you want to start to enjoy your purchase right away. Please keep in mind that delivery time is dependent on the postal system!! We always provide tracking numbers for items sent within the US for easy tracking.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:We use the shipping calculator to ensure the closest shipping price possible. It is an additional $1.00 for each item shipped within the US or Canada and an additional $1.75 for additional items Internationally.
Q:Do you ship Internationally?
A:We ship worldwide with the exception of Germany. We offer two choices Global Priority and First Class International.
Q:Are your items brand new and unworn?
A:ABSOLUTELY!! Used lingerie YUCK!!! All of our items are brand new, absolutely never been worn on anyone! Each item is checked carefully before it is shipped out to you!
Q:Are your products authentic?
A:YES!! We sell only brand new Authentic products.
Q:Do you charge Tax?
A:Items shipping within Florida are subject to 6% sales tax charge.
Q:Do you take special orders?
A:We can. It doesnt mean that we will absolutely be able to get the item though. In the lingerie resale world many times the items we carry won't be available to get again. So we will try our best.
Q:Can you mark an item as a GIFT on International customs forms?
A:We cannot mark items as “gift” on customs forms. Per Title 18 U.S.C 1001 of the USPS which summarized says : Furnishing false information on the customs form may result in a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment of not more than 5 years or both. Information on the form will be used to satisfy reporting requirements for customs purposes.
Q:Can you lower the price of the items on customs forms?
A:We realize that other countries do charge duty taxes when merchandise is sent Internationally. However, we cannot lower the prices on the customs forms. It is mail fraud please see FAQ above.
