I have always said that I was a collector of paper and rags meaning books (paper) and clothing (rags). My store PAPER AND RAGS GALORE is aptly named! I  am selling many children's books, which I had purchased  at a book auction and  donated to the small community library that I managed. Later, I donated more to another library.  But some of the books were not suitable for public library use, namely education curriculum and homeschooling books.  They have been stored in covered boxes in my smoke-free home for several years. I am now offering these books for sale in my store. When these books are sold, they're gone.  I only have one copy per title.  I have discounted these new books 25-50% off the list price. I hate to throw things away when I think someone else may enjoy it, for example, older magazines.  You will also see back issues of magazines in my store at a low price. I will offer promotions in each category every month. Presently,   the children's category features Muppet Babies "Values to Grow On"  at a Buy 3 Get 1 Free. The Bears, dolls, and stuffed toys will feature a combo of teddy bear with a related book.  For example, Ty's Mortimer Moose and "If you give a moose a muffin" book, Peanut Butter Rhino with a Rhinocort Rhino policeman, and Winnie the Pooh  board book and a nice retro Winnie the Pooh bear have already been sold. But you still have a chance to get an unique or retro bear or bunny and book.  The education and homeschooling category features Get 10% off when you buy 2 or more. Watch for new promotions for upcoming months, such as gardening and plant care books. "I Can Read it Myself" and 'Beginner Readers' books are in the store. You can find 6 new hardcover Dr. Seuss' Books together on the auction now. Don't delay.  They'll soon be gone. I have been a collector of retro and vintage clothing: coats, dresses, military uniforms, beaded sweaters, men's and women's hats, purses, gloves, and jewelry. I  have a bias cut 1940's wedding dress in excellent condition that would make any present-day bride look stunning for that special day. I will be selling these items this year due to lack of storage space in my home.  I am downsizing my collections to simplify my life.  Again, they're one of a kind.  When they're gone, they're gone! So watch for these offerings.  I'll have some great things.  Soon I'll list antique and collectible dolls along with vintage and retro clothing from my collector friends.
