Hi and welcome to my store!

I am a crafter and collector of just about everything! I started my collecting career early, about age 5 when I would go to Estate sales with my father. I loved all the boxes of costume jewelry and little trinkets! Still have alot after over 40 years. And it's getting a little "tight" around my place now! Then I started scrapbooking when my brother went into the Navy. He traveled all over the world and gave me alot of pictures, then he married, had 2 sons. So MORE scrapbooking. My friends liked what I did so I started teaching them to scrapbook too! I found that I had tons of stamps and stickers (too much in fact)! So that's why I decided it was time to start selling some of my jewelry, collections and more. I have alot to list, so this will take some time and I'll be adding more as time goes by. I hope you will get as much joy from my things as I have though the years! Some new - some old.  Something for everyone!

I named my store "A Cats Tale" for a reason.  I was scrapbooking and watching tv one day and the cutest cat food comercial came on, at that point I decided I needed a special little creature to keep me company. So I dropped what I was doing and headed for the pound.  I played with so many cats for over 2 hours, but did'nt really find one I was especially fond of and was about to leave until I noticed that there was one little tiny calico kitty sitting in the back.  I asked the attendant to bring her to me to see. She was kinda scrawny and a little timid. But I decided to take her. I filled out all the paper work and paid for her. Then when the attendant brought her back out to me he said "I'm so glad to see this one go". I asked him why exactly? Well come to find out that her "day" had come, she had been at the pound too long, I think you know what that meant!  I've had her for 5 years now and she has been the light of my days ever since. So that's how I came up with the name of my store.
