• Honesty: The maximum amount of pictures are provided in the largest possible size (that eBay allows) of all my items.
• Clarity: I clearly explain what is being sold, why it is being sold, where the item is from, how long it was used and shipping terms under DESCRIPTION, BACKGROUND and SHIPPING titles.
• Communication: Questions about items are usually answered quickly within the hour from my Blackberry handheld phone.
• Speed & Security: Items are usually shipped USPS Priority or Global Priority as soon as payments are cleared. Shipments tend to reach USA customers within 2-3 days and International customers within 4-5 business days.
• Follow Up: Ebay feedback is always left and email contact with customers remains open until all items are recieved and customers are happy.
