This fee represents:
1) Professional packaging by a third party which includes double boxing and protective filler.
2) Shipment via UPS Ground which includes full insurance.
3) Actual cost of item (what it cost me).
Shipping fees are non-negotiable. They are actual costs as described above. My only profit is the amount of the winning bid.
Items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment unless paying by check, in which case, it will be shipped 7 days after receipt. Please allow 7-10 days for item to reach you once it has been shipped.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will take a about 5 days longer, please add $6.50, additional shipping charges.Thank You!
Out of stock items:
All items are in stock when listed. Depending on demand, however, it is possible for an item to become unavailable before auction ends. If this happens you will have the choice of a full refund, replacement item of equal value, if any, or you may allow me to hold payment until item comes back in stock. I will email you with a list of replacement items and an estimated time of arrival for item to be restocked if this situation should occur.
Returns:
If you receive a damaged item you must contact me within 5 days of receipt of item in order to receive a replacement item. After 5 days, items are considered "received in good condition" and will not be replaced. Item must also be returned to me before I can send the replacement item. Since items are shipped insured, it is suggested that you check the item with the delivery person present, if this is possible.
