My Trading Style
We are very straightforward and honest in all of our trading. If you ever find that we have not appropriately represented an item, let us know and we will resolve the situation. You'll find that we respond relatively quickly to all emails and auction endings(selling as well as buying) and really like it when our trade partners do the same!
SHIPPING POLICIESWe ship most wins via USPS Priority mail. For books and other media we ship Media Mail, unless otherwise requested. Items over 3lbs are shipped UPS. Insurance is optional for USPS Priority shipped wins. UPS includes insurance up to $100, and there will be an additional charge if insurance over this amount is desired. We usually ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Once the item leaves us we are no longer responsible so consider shipping insurance.
We will combine shipments on items won in the same 10 day period. We expect payment within 7 days following auction end.
