Let me make this quick.. my time is valuable, and i'll assume yours it too!

My name is Fred.  I live in the "Silicon Valley" area of the San Francisco Bay area (San Jose to be more precise) with my lovely wife and daughter.

We run a care home for developmentally disabled adults;  Most of the time my transactions are for me, but sometimes I look for bargains for my residents as well -- All are on a fixed income, and finding the best deal possible for them is not only my duty, but a true passion.

In my spare time (what little there is), I coach Special Olympics (Softball & Bowling).

When we get a little "time off", we like to go for long drives, take in scenery most anywhere, and just go any place that there generally aren't lots of folks.

Regarding feedback:

If you sold an item to me, my hope is that you will leave me feedback in a timely manner after I pay (I have a reputation for paying very fast) you.  I DO NOT leave negative feedbacks as a rule of thumb, and I cannot imagine having to do so;  If an issue arises, good communication is key IMHO, and goes a long way towards avoiding ill feelings.  To this date I have never had a negative feedback, not have I had occasion to leave one, either!

If I sold an item to you, as soon as you pay I will leave you a positive feedback, and I would greatly appreciate the same upon reciept of the item you won.
