Hi everyone. I'm Maggie, and I've been trading on eBay for over three years now, and I still love it!

I aim to offer a first class service, providing quality items at great prices. 99% of the time things run smoothly, but on the odd occasion things do go pear-shaped! Should this happen, I'm here to help put it right. But please remember, I'm not psychic! If you don't contact me, I can't help!

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I am happy to offer a refund/exchange on all items subject to the following terms and conditions:

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order (UK and EU only) within 14 days of receipt. I MUST be notified - by either email or letter - within this time period, and the item must also be returned to me postmarked within 14 days of receipt. I WILL NOT give refunds for items returned later than this.

All items MUST be returned with their original packaging, unused, with no signs of wear and with no broken tags, or rips/tears to boxes and bags- FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL MEAN YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Postage & Packing costs are NOT refundable.

All return postage costs are NOT refundable.

YOU are responsible for the safe return of items to me, and I accept NO responsibility for returned items lost in transit. I therefore recommend all returns are sent either Special or Recorded Delivery.

By bidding on, or purchasing an item via 'Buy It Now' or 'Best Offer', you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions laid out on any page of my eBay site.

Please note: Items won on Auction (not 'Buy It Now') are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations.

I like to treat people as fairly as possible, if you do have a query or problem there is no reason why it can't be sorted out amicably. I always leave feedback once it has been left for me. That way I know you have received your item. In the unlikely event there is a problem, please contact me before resorting to further action. 99.9% of the time I will get back to you within 24 hours (normally much sooner).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you a business?

Yes! I run a legitimate business registered with the Inland Revenue.

When will I receive my purchase?

That all depends on when you buy your item and whether you opt for 1st or 2nd Class (where applicable)! Also it has a lot to do with Royal Mail! What I can tell you is when I will post your purchase.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Any order received before 2.30PM Monday to Friday will be sent the same day (excluding Public Holidays). After 2.30PM they will be sent the next working day

SATURDAY

No Post sent on a Saturday.

What should I do if I need something urgently?

Email me straight away! I will always do my best to oblige, but obviously please use some common sense. Don't buy an item at 4.50PM and then email me asking for it to be posted the same day! Ask before you buy!

Will you combine P&P on multiple purchases?

Yes, whenever it is possible, providing you purchase your items at the same time (as I pack your purchases during the day, if you leave too big a gap i'll have already packed your first purchase!). I will always do my best to combine P&P, and issue the relevant refund via Paypal (normally within 7 days of purchase).

As most items require Immediate Payment, eBays systems are unable to combine P&P automatically. Insisting on Immediate Payment though, is unfortunately the only way of deterring the growing number of non-paying bidders who treat eBay as a game, thus ruining the buying experience of the vast majority of honest eBayers (every time a non-paying bidder 'buys' an item, it means that a genuine customer potentially misses out on a bargain, as the item is not available until it is re-listed). 

Will my item be brand new?

YES, unless otherwise stated (99% of my listings are brand new items, it is very rare I sell anything second-hand or used, and when I do they are clearly listed as such).

What payment methods will you accept?

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Please note that you need to allow up to 14 days for e-cheques to clear. Why PayPal take so long to process them is a mystery, but I will not post items until payment has cleared.

Will you pass my details on to a third party?

No! I will not sell, rent, or pass on in any other way, any of your details to any person outside of this business.
