About Our Business

We are a family owned embroidery business. We have been doing embroidery work for the last 15 years. In March of 2006 we opened MagsBlue_Corner as a full time business. It was at this time we purchased two 06 Amaya XT Machines with all the latest software and Design Shop software. 

 

How We Run Our eBay Business

We provided a high quality product that is embroidered with color fast thread.  We can provided other item(s) than what is listed. We can provide discounts for larger orders or orders that are multiple items types.  Please contact us.  All special requests are completed through an eBay listing. 

We provided good e-mail communication for our buyers.  E-mail are usually answered with in 12 hours.

We stand behind are work 100%, if you are not satisfied after receiving an item(s) simply e-mail us. Refunds are available when the item(s) is returned can be resold tags must be returned if on item(s) when originally shipped. The refunds will be the same payment received once the item(s) is received.  The refund will not include the  return shipping. Item(s) may be exchanged.  Please contact us for complete details.  Exchanges will be reshipped to you United States Postal First Class Mail. However, personalized item(s) can not be returned or exchanged.

We accept PayPal and United Postal Money Orders only. Payment must be received with in ten days of the auction closing. Item will be shipped within three to five business days of the payment being received. 

MagsBlue_Corner  will ship to Military APO and FPO addresses, and will also fill out the custom forms.  However, the two to three day delivery time for United States Postal Service Priority Mail will not apply.

 
Listings
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
