If I'm buying from you...

I pay by PayPal as soon as I receive an invoice from you.  Unless you've already sent one I'll request one from you.  If I'm trying to combine shipping I'll request an updated invoice from you.

I leave feedback as soon as I receive the item, and make sure I let you know when I've received the item and when I've left feedback.  If there are any issues whatsoever I'll be sure to contact you via the E-bay messaging system.  I hate leaving negative or neutral feedback.

Payment

· For US buyers I accept Paypal, Money order & Cashier’s check.  Absolutely NO personal checks for any reason.  PayPal is the fastest and safest method for both buyer and seller.  Please do not pay - no matter what method you itend to pay by - until after you have received an invoice from me.

· For outside of the US the only form of payment I accept, without prior approval,  is Paypal.  With prior approval, I will accept a Money order, but you will have to make sure that it is in US Dollars and that it is cashable in the United States.  Please do not pay - no matter what method you itend to pay by - until after you have received an invoice from me.

· Payment must be received within 5 days after purchase.  If you are paying by Money order or Cashier's check and don't think it'll make it to me in 5 days PLEASE send me a quick e-mail letting me know.  If something comes up, PLEASE let me know.  I will make accomodations for emergengies, if your paycheck is coming late, or other things that are out of your control.  I will NOT cancel an order after you have decided you do not want it.  YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT!  Please think long and hard before you bid on an auction.  By bidding you've contracted an agreement to pay for the item!  Please do not pay - no matter what method you itend to pay by - until after you have received an invoice from me.

· Buyer pays for shipping and handling.  Buyer will pay true shipping costs plus packaging costs.  I recycle packaging materials to save buyer and I both money, but if you absolutely wish me to go and purchase a new box or new bubble mailer please e-mail to notify me and please be aware that you will pay for this added packaging cost.  In some cases I do not have recyled materials on hand, and in this case you will also pay for packaging costs.

· Insurance is optional, but highly recommended!!  I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.   There are no exceptions.  There is a reason for insurance - sometimes packages are lost or damaged in transit.  I do not send broken items and I keep all receipts to show that items were mailed.

· NO PICK-UPS or MEET-UPS.  Under no circumstance will I ever arrange a pick-up, drop-off, or meet-up.  This is for both my safety and yours.

· I prefer to ship to a CONFIRMED address.  If you pay by Paypal I will ship to your confirmed address ONLY.  If you pay by Money order or Cashier's check I highly reccommend you purchase shipping insurance!

· Item will be shipped only after confirmation of receipt of payment.  This means I will only ship once the money has cleared in my Paypal account or when I receive and cash the Money order or Cashier's check.

· I am willing to provide shipping discounts for items purchased within 3 days, but check the item description for exceptions!  Check out my other auctions and email me the items you're interested in plus your shipping address, so I can inform you of the discounted shipping rate.  For certain items I will not combine shipping, this will be stated in the item description. 

· YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT.  Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. Non-payers will definitely get a negative (-) feedback and a complaint will be filed with E-bay.

· Please read the item descirption and shipping information fully.  I do my best to descibe items and to post all pertinent information about the item for the auction.  If there is anything you are unlear about - the item description, shipping or combined shipping, etc. please contact me before bidding.  I will be happy to entertain any question regarding the item or the transaction in general, but please be aware that if you ask a question after you bid and you don't get the answer you want it is on you to retract your bid.  Be responsible when you bid and please be sure about what it is you are exactly bidding on and the terms you're agreeing to!

· Items are from a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE home.  We do not own any pets and nor does anyone smoke in this household.  For any used items that I may be selling, if they come from a known smoking or pet owning household it will be stated in the auction.  For any items coming from unknown households, If there is a smoke or pet smell it will be noted in the auction.

· If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item.   The item must be in good condition - i.e. the conditon that I sent the item in.  The item must be unused.  The item must be unopened if it is in it's original packaging.  You may not return the item if it was damaged in transit, that is why there is shipping insurance.  The item must be sent and received within 10 days for a refund.  If the item is lost when you mail it back that is your responsibility, not mine.  Please be sure you purchase a tracking number for the item or re-insure the item.  I'm sorry but I do not refund or reimburse shipping charges.

· Members new to E-bay, or with "private" feedback, must contact me prior to bidding.  New means with (5) feedback or less, or with the new symbol appearing next to your user name.   I'll ask for the following: Full Name, Shipping Address, E-mail Address, and Method you intend to pay by.  This is to signify your good faith and honest intentions to bid and pay for the item in the event you win the auction.

· Feedback will be reciprocated.  Due to the reason that some winners/buyers forget to leave a feedback after the transaction, I will only leave a feedback once I get it from the buyer.   If you have any problems, and wish to leave a neutral or negative feedback and comment please contact me beforehand!  I do my best to settle all dissatisfaction and disputes before feedback is left.
