| In the year 2000, we became the owners of this great old house and many of the wonderful possessions that make up our present inventory. We were overwhelmed at first, but quickly settled in and realized just how fun the "hunt" is to finish a set of dishes that have long been discontinued or to happen across that rare piece you thought you would never see. The internet has made things easier to locate, but will never replace the thrill of walking up on a $50.00 item at a yardsale priced for $2.00 or walking into a back woods flea market and finding the one item you have been combing the world over for. Check our auctions regularly and see what new (old) things we have unearthed to offer to you. It is sad to see them go---but then the hunt is on again! |
