• Minimum eBayer members' feedback required to purchase on my store: 20. For cancelled orders for insuficient feedback, all fees that are applied to me for listing the item - by eBay, and selling it - fees by eBay and PayPal, I must recover them. The refund will reflect this subtraction.

• All listings that mention 'free s&h each additional' need to be explained. eBay is not set up correctly to handle individual listings. The 'free s&h for each addtional' is for THAT single listing only; NOT for different listings. 

• All orders get weighted (for actual shipping costs - handling is FREE) , then invoiced accordingly for REGISTERED MAIL with ONLINE TRACKING for your peace of mind and mine :) A signature may be required upon delivery. There are NO customs forms :) **ACTUAL** shipping costs starts at ABOUT $6.80 USD to the US and Canada (the cost will be lower to EUROPE and higher to Australia) and covers up to 50 grams (remember: it's NOT First Class, NOR Priority Mail. It's REGISTERED w/ ONLINE TRACKING AND at the lowest INTERNATIONAL cost anywhere for this service, and NO customs forms!!). Shipping $7.30 USD up to 100 grams, and so on. Packages ship from ITALY. NO HANDLING fees!! (The cost is the Italian Postal shipping cost in Euro x daily USD market exchange rate at http://www.xe.com/ucc/ ). Packages ship from ITALY.

• About shipping (continued): Packages are mailed first thing in the morning (when the Post Office opens at 8:30AM) on the applicable days - Mon, Tue, Thurs - except on National and local Holidays, and on now-and-then unpredictable non-function of the Italian Postal Service's network lines. For information about the time difference between Italy and your country, pls contact me.

• For any packages coming into your country, pls keep it mind that you are responsible for any applicable taxes - although no one has ever mentioned to me that customs had to be paid, I can't guarantee customs performance.

• ABOUT PURCHASING FROM ME: my requirement for eBayers is a minimum of  a 20 feedback score. 

·        ABOUT MY GLASS STOCK (jewelry and beads): handmade items are NOT for perfectionists; some glass items may have tinny air bubbles inside, may not have a smooth surface, and may not have a perfect shape. These are acceptable on handmade Italian beads and jewelry and should not be considered 'defective'. The glass items are not made by me, but by artisans (free-hand), not machine-made. If you prefer perfect items, I recommend machine-made items only, which I mostly don’t accommodate. And there's much need to clarify the controversial 'opinion' (not a knowledge) that the ITALIAN beads don't have that white stuff inside their holes: not all artisans use copper mandrells; some bead styles are worked better with the bead-release-clay, to avoid the acid bath used to dissolve the copper mandrells. One like me, that has the opportunity/access of direct contact with artisans in ITALY know by seeing the making of such beads. SO, GETTING THIS STRAIGHT, SOME GENUINE ITALIAN BEADS DO HAVE RELEASE CLAY! One just need to know your supplying source (s).

·        ABOUT PAYMENTS: I accept PAYPAL. To me, ALL customers are  ‘good-paying customers’, unless a payment has not been made. I treat all customers with equal efficiency, respect and attention.

·        ABOUT SHIPPING: ALL packages are mailed via an ONLINE Tracking service:  REGISTERED MAIL - due to the global increase on shipping rates, FREE S&H is no longer. Estimated delivery: 10 - 15 business days. A tracking # is provided and a signature may be required upon delivery. Even if this service is more secure, I CAN'T guarantee the Postal Service's performance. All packages travel at risk.

·        ABOUT THE POSTAL SERVICES AND MY LIABILITY: All packages travel at risk.  I'm NOT responsible for missing/lost/broken items once they leave my care. Please foward any claims to your local Postal Office only.

·        ABOUT REFUNDS: I don’t exchange merchandise. There are no refunds for broken items - just for returns of INTACT/unused/unbroken beads, minus s&h. A 25% re-stocking fee applies.There are no returns/refunds on jewelry. Returns must be via a service with TRACKING# (for your benefit) at customer's expense, and I must be contacted prior -  to make arrangements. I kindly recommend to pack well to prevent damage. If an item arrives here damaged, unfortunately I can't issue a refund.

·        ABOUT MUTUAL FEEDBACKS: I don’t leave feedback first. I wait for the customer to do so, and then, I'll reply.  

·        ABOUT YOUR AGREEMENT: Your purchases indicate that you agree with the store's policies.
