If you do not receive your item in 7 to 10 days (in the USA) and have not heard from me as to why, please let me know.
When Paypal sends you an email, it has a message from me "mailing today"
that is when I print your shipping label, your item is sent that day.
Postal system does not "track" any parcel
Sellers generate a label electronically, the item number is a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Unless a postal employee "scans" the package in transit, (they are not required to)
It only gets scaned at the time of delivery These scans are posted to the item shipping record, often days after it is delivered
Express mail records are not available until the day AFTER delivery
Unlike UPS where you can watch a package progress through the system, USPS handles so many packages, at this time they cannot TRACK them
Postal system may have lost your article.
After 21 days if you have not received it, I will send another.
Should you choose to file a Paypal dispute, it will block my ability to print a shipping label through Paypal in order to send a replacement item. Then we will just wait untill you recieve the first one or Paypal grants your refund in 30 more days.
When you do things right people won't know you've done anything at all!


NOTICE TO ECHECK BUYERS: Just because you paid does not mean a seller has received the funds.
Echeck transactions are not instant even though Paypal says you have made an instant payment.
It takes 4 to 7 days or more for the seller to be credited with the funds. Then your item ships.

Feedback

Chicken or the egg? Which came first?
Feedback is posted after you post it. I received a negative for selling an item as described, without warning, a negative was posted for me. Now this has caused me to be one of those sellers who waits for the buyer to post feedback first. I have a 99.99% positive feedback, yes there are 6 negatives BUT zero feedback retractions. Other sellers with a 3000 rating and 66 feedback retractions actually have a less than 98% rating. Now with the seller satisfaction gold star system, you will see the true customer service & satisfaction levels.
I leave feedback in batches. Please do not solicit feedback as it is voluntary. It might not bother a small seller, but if every one of my buyers sent an email to ask for feedback, it would be 10 every day, 3000 a year, added to the hundreds of emails I get. Check the feedback I leave. If you have left feedback before the last batch and were missed, you may send me a reminder. Since sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for the buyer, you, as the buyer have no reason not to leave feedback once you have received your item and are satisfied. I now randomly leave feedback first, for established buyers.
