First thing is first, I am trying to build an online store, I went on vacation for a few weeks, so I hired a friend to watch it for me, wrong choice. I am alone bymyself doing it now. My first thing I try to achieve is customer service, (this is a biggie why I now work alone) without the customer you have nothing. Then Quality of product, all products arre listed as they are. Then speed of service, (this is one thing that my friend lacked on), Once a product is bought it gets shipped within 3 business days, I will try to have it packed and ready to ship.
