Currently my pictures on my listings are not visable because I use Auctiva to load my auctions. They use an Amazon server and that is where the problem is. The Amazon team is working to restore the server and then if all goes well my pictures will all be back up so rest assured its being worked on right now. I wish to thank each and everyone of you for your contribution to the success of mastoyshop. Come and shop anytime, read the auction description and look at the pictures. Ask questions if you have them. The item you are buying is Pre-Owned. It may have never been used, may or maynot have tags but it is in great condition. Most items are freshly washed, however it is possible when moving 100s of toys a month to miss a spot or other defect. PLEASE contact me if there is a problem. Please know that ebay considers anything less than 4.8 to 5.0 on stars is a Negative to the seller.
Please always contact your sellers if there is a problem and try to work things out, rather than leaving negative comments or Low star ratings. Negative comments are appropriate for a seller that doesn’t send the item or if it is broken in shipment and they refuse to give a refund. If you have questions please feel free to send me a message and discuss it. Im currently a little confused by people giving me lower stars on shipping cost. My costs are clearly stated. I refund if overpayment is very much. If I miss it you can certainly email. I do NOT set postage cost. And as far as shipping time. I work full time and do ebay full time. If you want it faster you need to ask in advance. If you dont ask your item will be mailed in 3 business days. When I take it to the post office they can take however long they want and I have no control over that. I live in the USA. IF you dont, expect your package to take 3 weeks. It may be there sooner but I certainly have NO control over the post office. I enjoy selling on ebay. I love my customers. Im guessing that buyers arent being educated properly so have taken some of this on myself. Thanks for your patience and consideration as we work our way through this New change.
To check the recall list for Fisher Price go to Mattel website and select Recalls. The US government also has a recall list. UPDATE. I just checked and there were no new Fisher Price toys on the list. The last ones posted were 10/07. Hopefully we are past the worry on Paint. And remember items purchased before 5/1/07 were subj to recall however I have found some that were older recalled for other reasons. The best advice is to Use good judgement on age of child for toy and enjoy your collection. Please Note The new Little people I have are mostly made in Mexico and NONE of the toys I have listed are on the current recall lists to my knowledge. The Vintage Older Little people were recalled as choke hazards for small children many years ago. Common sense will dictate safety for age and maturity of your child.
ALmost ALL of the toys sold in mastoyshop are sold as collectibles. They are much older and not on these lists. I do Not list defective items knowingly. I do not know your intended purpose for purchasing. There is now a website dedicated to recall lists available for consumers. Feel free to ask questions prior to bidding. Thank you for keeping your children safe from dangerous toys.
Additional shipping information
I always refund any overpayment on sh and clearly state a handling fee of up to 1.00 is included in the listed sh on all packages. Delivery confirmation is provided at no additional cost to you. Insurance at USPS is 1.75 and must be paid for all packages going to apartments or other risky delivery locations or if the item is breakable. Ebay is counting your star rating more than your feedback rating for performance standards over 90 days. Please think carefully before posting anything less than 4.9 on the stars for any of your sellers, especially for delivery time. There is no control over the weather and once the package is shipped USPS and if international the customs peeps are in control. And USPS is controlling the Cost to ship which now includes charges by space (size of box) as a surcharge for the package. To sum it up... If you get the item your bought, it is good or better than expected and the seller has communicated with you, PLEASE post a 5.0 on stars. If shipping seems overcharged contact the seller. In my case I may just get busy and loose track of which package needed a refund. I am not offended if you question it in a reasonalbe way. If you receive a defective Item please contact your sellers immediately and cooperate with them to work things out. Ebay will use star ratings of less than 4.8 average to make sellers invisible and eventually drive them off. Most sell to make a living or for extra money to survive. Think before you post. I usually ship within 3-4 business days after I receive your payment, often same day. Please keep in mind the weather, mine, yours, and inbetween. And with higher gas prices Im only making 1 or 2 trips to the post office per week. If you pay after I have finished wrapping, your package will go out with the next bunch. If you expect delivery in 2-3 weeks and and receive you items, BE happy. Most buyers get their package within 7 to 10 days This isnt something new. When I attend an Antique and Collectible show, I will be gone 4 to 6 days total, 2 or 3 days before date of show and return 1 to 2 days after the show. I then do all emails, payment verifications on Tues & Wed after the show. And shipping sometimes takes me the whole week to catch up. However, everyone gets their stuff! Any Questions about shipping? Please ask before bidding. If you need super fast express shipping, add $20.00. For items up to 1 pound, For items that weigh more contact me for the correct amount for express mail to your location. Never assume you will get your package in time for a special date. Some areas can only get 2 day guarantee. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. Complete checkout thru ebay, your purchase will go much faster. I am more than fair about charges. I do charge a 1.00 handling fee on all packages now to cover packageing and other shipping related costs. And 1.00 is added for insurance against loss or damage within the USA. (please note I have had only one LOST package in 7 years. Breakable items will be insured thru USPS at no additional cost to you. I will combine your auctions for shipping depending on the size and WEIGHT of the items and it will save you money. There is a surcharge on packages over 12 cubic inches. SHIPPING RULES
The buyer always pays shipping! I DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. PLEASE EMAIL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. There are FLAT RATE BOXES FOR Priority International shipping, however most are choosing First Class international which only covers items up to 4 lbs. Surcharges are added for size of box and for over 4 lbs so it is best to get shipping before paying to avoid a second bill for more sh.
All packages in the USA now include delivery confirmation. When entering your address, Please avoid abreviations or slang spellings and always double check before you send for typo errors in numbers and zips codes. If you change your address in ebay and/or paypal at the time of purchase please contact me with your new address as the server may not update immediately. Books are sent media unless you request and pay for a faster service. Small packages under 13 oz are usually sent first class parcel but may be sent priority depending on item cost and size. Items are usually shipped within 3 or 4 BUSINESS days of CONFIRMED payment, excepting the holidays and weekends and as you may know, sometimes when Life happens without our permission. Again Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Most people get their packages from mastoyshop within 7-10 days. Just expect delivery within 2 - 3 weeks and you will be happy. . Please read all emails for content. If I am running behind I will try to add a note to your payment acknowledgement. Again If you need this for a certain date Ask before you bid. No reserve on auctions. I use the BUY IT NOW option to give you, the best chance to purchase at a fair market price. If you have good feedback and you need some extra time to pay me, Please email before bidding with your payment plan and I will consider giving you extra time. REFUNDS
ATTENTION: A fee of up to $1.00 is included in your shipping for shipping materials and other related costs. The Qualifier for lost package is if delivery confirmation says it was delivered, it is not lost. So make sure your mail is delivered to a safe secure box and that your address is correct. If you have moved and you are just now changing your address in ebay OR paypal, email the change to me because sometimes the server doesnt update for hours and I will get your OLD address for shipment. All Damaged items must be returned to mastoyshop within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund. If you live in an apartment or have a suite number or the item is glass or fragile Please purchase insurance for 1.75 so it is insured through the USPS and if lost, stolen or damage it will ONLY REFUNDED through the USPS insurance process. I use Delivery Confirmation on all packages within the USA. Communication is important as follow up on the Delivery confirmation has helped to find lost packages. I have only had 1 truely lost package in USA and 1 to Canada in 7 years.
I WILL refund your purchase price if you asked questions PRIOR TO BIDDING and the product (item) was not represented properly in writing and the answers to those questions. If you purchased more than one item, I will only refund for the offending item.
You must return the item to me in the same condition as listed within 7 days of delivery. Refunds on shipping are given on a case by case basis. (I get the final word on refunds & returns)
METHOD OF PAYMENT I Prefer PAYPAL payments. This allows the buyer to pay with an e-check, debit or credit card SAFELY. Payment is expected within 7 days with email contact within 3 days of purchase. I do charge a late payment fee of $2.00 for items not paid after 7 days without payment arrangements agreed on within 3 days of purchase. IF you pay with echeck your items will be shipped according to the normal processing times after the echeck clears. ASK if you are not sure. I welcome money orders from ebayers with feedback of 25 or more, and expect them to be mailed promptly and received in 10 days. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS. Please dont ask. All accounts must be PAID IN FULL WITHIN 10 DAYS of the end of the auction. I reserve the right to file a dispute on your account on the 11th day. I may call you on the phone if I dont receive payment or email. And if you have AOL you have to add my email to your safe list to get important notes about your purchase. If you are happy, PLEASE post feedback as a responsible member of the ebay community. I have always posted feedback for all of my buyers with only 3 negs for non pays in 9 years. I do reserve the right to wait until you leave feedback. I dont see why I should build your reputation if you are not willing to do the same for me.
EMAIL= COMMUNICATION
If you do not hear from me, Please EMAIL me. Make sure that you include a SUBJECT including item ie: care bear sheets or strawberry shortcake book emails with no subject may be deleted by spam filters. My email is set on HIGH this creates some disposal of email or emails without subject lines. I will email you until I hear from you. Again, if you have AOL, netscape or other filters on your email, please add my email address to your safe list during our transaction. I send invoices and follow up emails. You can always find your total in your "my ebay" page so set that page "Items WON" to "30 days". Use checkout to request a total, ebay sends you the seller's address in the return emailed receipt. Sometimes when you pay notices don't arrive from Paypal, if you do not hear from me in a day or so after payment, please email. If an Item does not arrive in what you think is a timely manner, email. Life is probably happening on my end, or I may need to track your package. Remember you can always get my contact info and call. There is usually a solution to every problem. Lets be reasonable and fair. And let's remember the key to success on ebay is good communication!
