Welcome to Material Interests ~ a special place where I combine my two great loves ~ Shopping and Art! I am foremost a Paper Artist and love to create in various art mediums (hence material interests). I am also a shopper who loves to frequent flea markets and antique stores! I purchase many of my new materials and found treasures in large quantities and therefore can pass on my savings to you (and make more space in my home and studio). As a paper artist, I have been collecting vintage prints, postcards, illustrated books, and vintage ephemera, jewelry findings and other interesting embellishments for many years. Using these vintage treasures with newfound ones and a bit of creativity, I follow my muse ~ always looking for something new to explore. All items made by me are individually created in my (smoke free) home studio on the beautiful coast of Southern Maine. Please add me to your list of favorite sellers and visit often since my inventory is ever expanding and changing. Thank you for your business.

STORE POLICIES:
PLEASE NOTE: If you need a larger quantity of sets than shown, please email me as I sometimes have more in my studio. I'd be happy to make a custom listing for you! Orders for multiples reduce per unit shipping costs but do not reduce per unit price. If you are looking for something specific, let me know and I will check with my suppliers.
COMMUNICATION: You must respond to my email within 3 days after purchase. Please verify shipping address (must match verified paypal address). Payment must be received within 3 days if paid with credit card, e-check or paypal and 7 days if mailing money order. I do not accept personal check unless through e check with paypal.
PAYMENT: You can pay with a credit card, Paypal account, e-check through paypal or money order. Items will not be shipped until payment is verified. Item will be shipped when payment clears.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Paypal or credit card accepted. Electronic checks via Paypal are accepted but they can take two weeks to clear. Please make note of this as it will effect the delivery time of your items.
SHIPPING: The cost for shipping items, without insurance, is dependent upon zip code and ships from 04043. We usually ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after we have received your payment. Orders received on weekends and holidays are considered as ordered on the next business day. Orders are shipped USPS. Insurance is not automatically included in the shipping. If you would like insurance added, please contact me and I will send you an adjusted invoice. If you have questions, PLEASE EMAIL prior to check out. I will ship internationally but you must email me for postage quote prior to checkout.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in same condition as when purchased. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
