My Personal Guarantee and Doctrine!!

 HONESTY!!!. Without it you can't run a legitamate business. I think business in today's society is about making money anyway you can. According to my philosophy that is a very unfortunate approach. If feedback is left, that is the end of the contract and the guarantee is voided for the simple reason of neutral or negative feedbacks that are freely given out without resolution beforehand. I am more than glad to refund your money, so that the transaction can be a positive one! Communicate with me, PLEASE!! I almost beg you to ask me questions in a majority of my auctions! Obviously you are in the business to make money, but it doesn't sit well with me when I am selling something that isn't a quality item. This doctrine has been successful to me and my feedbacks show it.
