I am mawma1...
I'm a 63 y/o wife who enjoys selling on eBay. I've couldn't wait to be a grandma. I had 6 kids, and now I've got 20 grandkids and 7.5 great-grandkids, at last count, lol. Sooo, now that I really am a grandma, I can spoil the kids and then leave them to their parents, lol. Nah, I don't work like that. I do try to instill good values into my grands, as much as I can. They are all very loving and so very sweet. Too bad they have to get older, as that means that I'm also getting older...I don't know if that's a good thing or not. But we try to keep busy, and do things, so that's why I'm an eBay seller (and buyer). Get rid of things we don't need, and make a little money in the bargain. And I really enjoy doing it...
My promise to you as an eBay seller is......
# 1. To always be fair and honest, in my dealings.
# 2. I will never tell you anything but the honest truth about anything I sell.
# 3. I think a person should be known as they really are, whether it is good or bad, and I hope to be known as a good seller, with honesty and integrity.
# 4. I will never charge a "handling" fee, we all handle things everyday, that's life.
# 5. I will always treat you the way I would want to be treated in return.
# 6. I leave feedback as soon as an item is paid for.
# 7. I expect to also get feedback as soon as you receive the item I sold you, as advertised.
# 8. If there are any problems that arise, I hope we can work it out with emails, or phone calls, without anyone getting angry.
# 9. I always try to "estimate" the shipping on a particular item so that I do not overcharge. Once in a while, I come out on the short end of the deal, but I try to be fair on shipping charges.
# 10. God bless you all and thanks for viewing my auctions and/or buying from me.
NOTICE : I have recently been left negative feedback, my first ever. This buyer (humblebuyer) with a private feedback had bid on a cookbook I was selling. They bid on it, and paid for it with PayPal, then asked if it was the exact ISBN # as listed and I checked and told them it wasn't. When I used that #, the actual number wasn't available for me to list, so I used the closest thing to it. The same name of the book, the same author, so I thought it was alright. So...after several emails, they backed-out on the sale. So I promptly refunded the money. But I couldn't understand why this person didn't ask those questions before bidding, and certainly before paying, so I left a neutral feedback for them. I then found out that they had a private feedback. So recently, on April 20th, this person left me my 1st negative feedback. AND I THINK THAT IS UNFAIR TO ME. After all, I could have done the same, but didn't. I want to apologize to any potential buyers, for this negative feedback. I certainly didn't deserve it. But you be the judge. God bless you for reading this. Joanne/mawma7
