1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement.

2. Max Dye Pontiac, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge Jeep reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Max Dye Pontiac, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge Jeep reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, Max Dye Pontiac, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge Jeep shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.

3. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected.

4. Bidder must be 18 years or older.

5. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end.

6. Successful high bidder MUST contact Max Dye Pontiac, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge Jeep within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.

7. Successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within two business days of the auction ending either by wire transfer, or overnight money order/cashier's check.

8. All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) days of auction ending.
   If transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit.

9. Max Dye Pontiac, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge Jeep has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches, dings, and paintwork inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.

10. This vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturers warranties may still apply. Extended warranty may be available please contact us for details.

11. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

14. All Vehicles Sold by Max Dye Pontiac, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge Jeep are Guaranteed To Be Clean/Clear of Any Prior Salvage or Rebuilt Title History. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the State of Illinois.

15. All Bidders Must Have Arranged All Financing Prior to Bidding.

16. Get pre-approved through one of our lenders, regardless of your credit history. We have over a dozen lenders competing to earn your business. Just fill out the Safe, Secure, Online Credit Application and one of our finance professionals will contact you as soon as possible.

17. There is a $69 processing fee with every purchase.  This fee covers any overnight shipping fees that may be required and temporary tags if necessary.

18. Vehicles for sale may or may not have floor mats, extra keys or remotes, owners manual, etc. Please call us to inquire about a specific vehicle.

19. Additionally, this vehicle is available and for sale, at our dealership, to non-internet buyers; there is the possibility for a few more miles than the picture shows due to any test drives until it is sold.
