Us...
We have
been registered eBay users since November 1999. In Sept 2006, we decided to turn a
buying hobby into a full-time family home-based selling business (that
includes our 4 year old who runs around the house with a toy camera to
take pictures of items to sell on eBay.) In March 2007, we
were proud to achieve Silver Powerseller status. We run our
business from just outside of Toronto, Canada and also ship items from our
warehouse in Buffalo.

The name Better
Living Products Online stems from our willingness to provide products
that enhance your life e.g., memory foam helps you sleep better (and
who doesn’t need that!), Bluetooth headsets to increase your
productivity (and get your hands back on the steering wheel!), pet
hammocks for safety of your pets, and the list goes on. We only select quality products for our
business – products that we would not hesitate to use or
recommend to family and friends.

Why do some of
your listings ship from Oakville and some from Buffalo?
A. Our business is registered in
Canada where we operate and store products for our home based
business. We also store some electronics in my
warehouse in Buffalo. This enables me to
optimize shipping costs and reduce your price on specific
items.
Q. For
concert events, do you offer hard printed tickets or e-mail ticketfast?
A. We only purchase hard printed
tickets as they become a valuable souvenir for my customers after the
show. An e-mailed Ticketfast ticket is worthless after the
show.
Q. Why do you require
my phone number after auction close? A. In
order to ensure prompt delivery of your item, courier companies prefer
a local phone contact to arrange delivery when you are not home to
accept the parcel.
Q. How soon after
auction close to you ship your products?
A. Products are shipped within 24 business hours of payment receipt on
Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.

What density are your Memory Foam Products?
A. Our pillows are 5 lb density and my toppers are 3 lb
density. My density is based on per one cubed foot
measurement

We attempt to respond to all questions as quickly as possible,
generally within 4 business hours.

Payment:
We accept payment by Paypal as well as certified check. If
you do not have a Paypal account you can click here and sign up.
Shipping
& Handling Rates: You can find an item's
specific shipping options and rates by viewing the information under
shipping terms on that item's auction or Buy It Now listing.
We use both USPS/Canada Post as well as FedEx for shipping in North
America. We usually use Canada Post/USPS for International
shipments.

of Shipments:
Watch your inbox! Within 24 hours of sending your item you
will receive tracking details via e-mail.
