I'm a real person (*Please Note: I've been verified as being who I say I am.), in the Midwest, who opened up an ebay account many years ago, intending on using it to buy stuff, and sell some clutter around the house. I didn't really use it much & the last time I used my eBay account, in 2006, to replace a cell phone - I had a bad experience with a seller, who insisted on getting my bank account number. (I didn't give it.) But instead of being smart about it & reporting it at the time, I just bailed on the auction, "never to return" to eBay.
Cue mystery whodunit music...

I've learned my lesson & now that I'd like to enjoy the benefits of eBay - I'm kind of in the same boats as newbies.
I'm learning eBay all over again, bidding, buying, selling, stores - There's so much more to it, than when I started. I'm sure it gets to be an overwhelming place for net noobs, sometimes!
In order to help out the folks that might be stuck in overwhelm when wading through the glut of information - I'm taking careful notes about my climb up the eBay totem pole. |
