Hello.  Welcome to my page. My name is Michelle Stancil, and I am a polymer clay, and jewelry artist. I am also known as MRS, the creator and designing artist of 'Mermaid Scales'.  These pieces are mythical in origin, but exquisite to own if you are a lover of all things Mermaid.  Imagine a place where actual Mermaid scales wash up on the beach...

On a far ago beach on a certain day, where seabirds cry and mermaids play.

Mermaid Scales can be found, while you walk, if you look down.

If you find one make a wish. For the thing you hold comes not from a fish. Not from a seahorse, not from a whale...but indeed, from a Mermaid's tail.

I've always been in love with jewelry.  I find the learning experience fun and satisfying.  I've always had a love of mythical beings. Fairies, dragons, unicorns, pegausi, fantastical sea creatures, creatures of deepest earth and myth.  How fortunate I am to finally be able to express myself this way.
