Over the years, as modjct, I've sold many hobby items for people on eBay and they were happy with the service I rendered. I had also bought hobby items for people on eBay, and on other venues, and they were also happy with the service I rendered. An idea was born! We decided that I could not only sell and purchase hobby items for people, but other items too! WLHG-Company is a fulfillment of that idea.
My eBa y philosophy is that this is an extention of what was my full time business, Modeler's Junction. I tried to be professional in the manner in which I conducted my business both in the shop and on eBa y. I try to use proper grammar and spelling. I answer all e-mails as quickly as possible. I contact people as quickly as possible at the end of my auctions. I do expect bidders to pay for their purchases in a timely manner. I deal with "Non-Paying Bidders" with negative feedback. I also expect the same kind of service when I purchase something. I don't hide behind any funny username.
