| I'm just your average Joe trying to make some extra money selling on Ebay. This is my first time using Ebay so it's also a learning experience.
I often go to yard sale, junk yards, local auctions, farmer markets & many other places to find items to sell on Ebay. Sometimes they are big items.. sometimes they are small. I often team up with my Mother, whom deal in antiques, so often you will find old vintage items for sale too.
Just check around I will always have a random array of items to sell. |

I'm handicapped. I was born with very rare form of Spina Bifida .. I've endured a total of 28 surgeries in my life. I was a 'frequent flyer' at Shiners Hospital. I have alot of physical problems that I try to overcome everyday.
Now I'm living with my Aunt and am a 'adopted' Daddy to my kid cousin Destiny, to of which is my bright light in a dark night. She's kept me going and wanting to stay strong.
I love Techno, nearly anything electronic, bike riding, photography, star-gazing & being with my kid cousins.

Facts I've learned about Ebay that other beginners should know:
1: Paypal takes nearly a week to transfer money to/from your bank account.
2: You MUST have Delivery Confirmation on all packages.
3: Very few USPS option include Delivery Confirmation without purchasing it separately.
4: The code on insurance slips are not a tracking code.
5: Make sure if not doing international shipping to make it where other ebayers from other countries can't bid.
6: Printing labels via paypal is cheap and easy - use it.
7: Don't be scared to say "I'm not sure!" because listing something you're not so sure about and it turns out to be something else, is a error in your judgement.
8: Don't be scared of large items. Local pick-up is your friend.
9: Free shipping sells. Got something that 100 other's have listed? List it as free shipping and be a winner.
10: Don't expect to always get a review. It won't always happen. |
