Save money on good stuff
I try hard to locate great items and offer them to you at a below retail price. I offer new and used items. Most used items are from my house or someone in my family so I know the whole truth.
Feedback Policy:
I will return all positive feedback in a timely manner after all transactions are complete. Why don't I leave it first? I have had people try to extort free items from me threatening negative feedback. Since negative does affect my business, I don't risk it anymore. I also find that it saves me time since not everyone wants feedback. Most important is that people tend to contact me first if I have not already left it, sad but true. Sometimes it may take awhile, but I always return it, this is one of the things I enjoy most about eBay! Please leave feedback within 30 days or I will not see that you have left it for me, or email me and I will still leave it.
I am aware of the changes to feedback that will occur all too soon. I do not agree with eBay and am considering boycotting the whole feedback process. It is one sided and is a loss of rights for sellers. Let's be honest, there are some people out there who are just brats and never grew up... This one sided rule of feedback will just encourage those folks to be their nasty selves. If you find yourself to not be among those folks and desperately need the feedback, please email me :0)
Other Policies:
Sorry but these are the Rules: I will not replace lost items if you do not purchase insurance. Since I don't have any control over the post office it really isn't fair for me to have to replace them. I always send out a shipping notice to let you know when your items were sent. If you use spam blockers I would suggest adding me to your safe list or just add the domain @mse-eng.com (this is a better idea since I send things from multiple address' and I own this domain). I send the email to the paypal email address if you pay with paypal and to the ebay email address if you send me money.
Shipping and handling fees vary so please read each auction.
I will ONLY ship to one address per transaction, so please don't buy four things and email me with four different address' to ship them too. If you really need things to ship to different address' then buy one thing and checkout. Buy the next and checkout again and so on. Please make sure you email me with the address and put it in the comments in the Paypal transaction.
PLEASE, PLEASE make sure your address is current before you bid as the post office takes forever to forward anything. Sometimes you won't even get it and I don't replace... so it is in your best interest to make sure your account is up to date. I will not accept payments from any account that does not have a registered address (yes I have had people without address' buy things and not send me an address for weeks and then ask ME where their items are!).
Why all the rules? To avoid confusion and misunderstandings. I honestly care about all my customers and want to make them happy but I do have to draw the line somewhere if I want to stay in business and keep my prices low. If you don't agree with any of these policies, please don't bid.
