<p> Hello and Welcome to my about me page. My name is Mike Carey and my lovely wife Stephanie. My seller ID on Ebay is MikeCarey57. We live in Pennsylvania. I was born and raised in Pa. and my wife was born in South Carolina. We met 16 years ago, when my job took me to SC. That was the best move I ever made. The best part of me is my wife Stephanie. She keeps me straight and happy. When my job changed hands back in 2002 we where forced to move back to Pa. Now we both have jobs that we don't like.</p>
<p> We got started collecting Antiques when we got married back in 1992. As a wedding present, my mother had started each of her boys a glass collection. Amberina,Blue, Green and Amber. Stephanie was given a choice between the four colors. Her choice was, Amberina. And you know thats a hard color to collect. Everyone must collect that color. You can't find it in the Antique stores or consignment shops. Every now and then we'd come across a piece. She got so frustrated and deciced to change what she collected</p>
<p> Now she decided to collect Princess House Figurines. Well that was just as bad as the Amberina,We'd find a piece here and there. So we broaden our collection to glass animal figurines. That was a little better. Her most presious find was her Fostoria Chicken Chanticleer Rooster #2629 circa 1950-1958. Book value $275.00. I then found a Pink iridescent Fighting Rooster. With a little reserch it turned out to be a Imperial chicken-rooster (former Heisey mould) circa 1984 book value $350.00. We also came across a L.E.Smith Amberina Horse lying Down. Circa 1968, book value $225.00-$250.00.With finding such great deals,it had us hooked on Antique Collecting.</p>
<p> Since then we've discovered the power of Ebay. Now we know why we can't find any Amberina, its all on here. Princess House figurines, Animal figurines,etc. Its all on EBAY. At our fingertips everything we were looking for. So we started shopping before we new it we where running out of areas to put her collection. So Stephanie decided to sell her Princess House collections.</p>
<p> So That brought us back to Ebay as Sellers. To sell what we were'nt collecting anymore to make room for her Amberina Collection. We recently sold her Priness House Pets Collection. We will be putting up her PH Crystal Treasures Rocking Bear,Lion, Girrafe, Dolphin,Horse,Seal,Penquin,Clown,Unicorn,and Dog. These are all Rockers.I also have a few more PH Pets Sleeping Dog, Standing Rabbit, and the Bear.. We also have coming up a Weaton compote. A Fenton Deer, Fenton Bear with the july birth stone. WE also have some paper weights, which we cannot find who made them. Also a Murano Art Glass Toucan. We have a Pink Pump and Trough. We also have Two Rooster Decanters which we will be selling as a pair, one is amber and the other is Clear. I have Artiques glass Owl sitting on a branch on a frosted base.Most of our items are in MINT CONDITION. If there not we will tell you so. Or the Auction will be listed as is</p>
<p> Our plans are to eventually quit our jobs and do this full time. To do the things we enjoy doing together. But we see so many different figurines,compotes,bowls, glassware,and etc.that we don't collect. If we only knew what it was you where collecting and what you where willing to pay for them. We could purchase them, and place them on Ebay for you to BID on. But we will not make it a habitt buying items that don't sell. This will be Stephanie's part of the Business.</p>
